The Jaguar XKR - supercharged, super priced and superbly designed.
This is a 21st Century Jag for the smart young things around town and country. Jaguar's looking to the future and relying much less on nostalgia with the new XKR - and it looks good.
It handles well too... on the road. It's a long-legged car for luxuriating around the countryside, and rural foot traffic will be pleased to know the XKR has Jaguar's award-winning pedestrian contact sensor that deploys the bonnet to lessen injuries.
On the track ... well, the 420 horses drive it around but essentially it doesn't do the sports car thing - the Jaguar XKR is very much a Grand Tourer, or rather a 235 grand tourer.
